The best SaaS PPC agencies in 2026 are Hey Digital, Aimers, Powered by Search, KlientBoost, SevenAtoms, Getuplead and HawkSEM. Hey Digital and Aimers suit funded B2B SaaS teams that judge ads on pipeline. Powered by Search and SevenAtoms lean toward cybersecurity, and Getuplead fits ad budgets up to $20,000 a month. KlientBoost and HawkSEM are generalists with SaaS practices.
Most of them run the same channels, so the real gaps lie in CRM-linked measurement, review freshness and AI readiness. Google is now testing new ad formats inside AI Mode built with Gemini.
We reviewed each agency’s main case pages, Clutch profile and partner claims in October 2026. This is a research-backed shortlist rather than an absolute ranking. Results below are agency-reported, not independently audited, and reflect different campaign periods, budgets, and conversion definitions.
Top 3 at a Glance
If you only have a minute, these are three of the best B2B SaaS PPC agencies for most funded software teams.
| Agency | Best For | Starting Price |
| Hey Digital | Series A and B SaaS companies that measure paid media in closed-won revenue | Min. project $5,000+, recommends $10,000+/month in ad budget |
| Aimers | SaaS and tech teams that want PPC and CRO with CRM-based pipeline reporting | Min. project $5,000+, recommends $3,000+/month per ad platform |
| Powered by Search | Cybersecurity and PE-backed SaaS that want paid ads and GEO together | $7,500+/month marketing commitment for one year |
How We Chose These SaaS PPC Agencies
We built this shortlist from agency websites, case study pages, Clutch and G2 profiles, and partner and award pages at HubSpot and Glassdoor. All checks ran in October 2026. Every agency was assessed against the same six criteria:
- Pipeline-level SaaS results. A case on the agency’s own site with a named SaaS client and metrics past the click, such as SQLs, demos, pipeline or closed-won revenue. Dated cases with a baseline earned more weight.
- SaaS focus. The share of SaaS and B2B tech clients, and whether the agency is a SaaS specialist or a generalist with a SaaS practice.
- Channel and measurement depth. Coverage of Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit and review-site ads, plus CRM integration, offline conversion import and landing page testing.
- AI readiness. AI tooling for bidding and tracking, plus GEO, AEO or LLMO work on how AI assistants describe SaaS brands.
- Review freshness and focus. New Clutch reviews in the last six and 12 months, the PPC share of each profile, and the share that is SEO or GEO.
- Pricing and client fit. Published fees and ad spend minimums, typical stage and ARR band, and awards confirmed at the source.
AI readiness got its own criterion because paid search is moving into AI answers. In May 2026, Google said it is testing Conversational Discovery ads and Highlighted Answers in AI Mode. It also plans to bring Business Agent for Leads, a Gemini-built brand agent inside the ad, to Search. We apply the same AI test to organic visibility in our ranking of the best GEO and AEO agencies for B2B tech.

Case studies
For Toggl, Hey Digital rebuilt Google Search and added LinkedIn, Reddit and YouTube. From January to August 2025, spend fell 52% against the same months of 2024 with the previous agency. Over that period, won deal value rose 2.6x and cost per closed-won deal fell from $93,287 to $44,627. For Posh AI, which sells to US banks and credit unions, Hey Digital built search and LinkedIn campaigns. Demo bookings peaked 270% above baseline in February 2026, after a shift to problem-aware education ads. The often-cited Pitch results of 56% more signups and a 42% lower CPA come with no comparison period on the case page.
Awards and recognition
Hey Digital lists Google Premier Partner and LinkedIn Certified Ads Agency status on its own pages only. It also reports being named Estonia’s second fastest-growing company at Gaselli Kongress 2023.
Client fit
- Type of business: B2B SaaS only, with clients such as Toggl, Hotjar, PostHog, Proton and UserTesting.
- Stage and size: mostly Series A and Series B companies with 20 to 150 employees and about $1M to $20M+ in ARR.
- Regions and languages: a team spread across North America and Europe, with US results for Posh. Languages are not published.
- Pain points: proving paid ROI to leadership and fixing loose targeting left by a previous agency.
Clutch and reviews
Hey Digital has a 4.6 rating from 6 Clutch reviews. PPC makes up 35% of its focus, and SEO and GEO have no share. Three reviews arrived in the last 12 months, two of them in the last six, while the other three date from 2020.
Pricing: No public fees. Hey Digital recommends at least $10,000 a month in ad budget, and Clutch lists a $5,000+ minimum project.
Best for: Series A and Series B SaaS companies that want paid media judged on pipeline and closed-won revenue.
Not ideal for: early teams with less than $10,000 a month for ads, or buyers who want SEO in the same contract.
Our take: Hey Digital publishes some of the clearest revenue-level SaaS PPC results we found, with dated periods and closed-won figures. Fintech SaaS teams like Posh can match that paid work with our list of fintech and financial services SEO agencies.
2. Aimers: Best PPC and CRO Agency for SaaS and Tech Teams That Want Results Tied to CRM Pipeline
Aimers is a PPC and conversion rate optimization agency for B2B SaaS and tech companies. It was founded in 2015 and is led by CEO Yuri Yurchuk and CMO Dzianis Yurchuk. Clutch lists its headquarters in Tbilisi, Georgia, and its 50+ specialists work remotely. Each team handles no more than three client projects.
Key services
- Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube, plus Microsoft Ads
- LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, Quora, Product Hunt and Capterra ads
- CRO and landing pages, with HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive integration and pipeline reporting
Case studies
For Cloudvisor, an AWS partner for startups, Aimers fed HubSpot conversion events into Performance Max. Four weeks later, the MQL to SQL conversion rate was up 130% and opportunity volume was up 50%. A matching Clutch review shows the engagement began in August 2024. For Knack, a US no-code platform, Google and Microsoft Ads lifted trial-to-subscription conversion by 317% and cut subscription CPA by 69%. The Mixpanel LinkedIn case reports 164% more qualified leads and a 67% lower CPL. A Clutch review that appears to match dates it to 2021 and early 2022.
Awards and recognition
Clutch confirms its Premier Verified status. Its 2026 Clutch Top PPC Company badges appear on its site but not in its Clutch award section. Its G2 and Google Premier Partner badges are also self-reported.
Client fit
- Type of business: B2B SaaS and tech in martech, analytics, fintech, healthtech, AI and cybersecurity, with clients such as Mixpanel, ScraperAPI and Cloudvisor.
- Stage and size: startups to enterprises, with midmarket firms at 60% of its Clutch clients. No ARR minimum is published.
- Regions and languages: clients in Europe, the US, Canada and Australia, served in English.
- Pain points: weak lead quality, high CAC and poor MQL to SQL conversion.
Clutch and reviews
Aimers holds a 4.9 rating from 39 Clutch reviews. PPC is 50% of its focus and CRO 20%, while SEO and GEO have no share. Four reviews came in the last 12 months, the latest in June 2026.
Pricing: No public fees. Aimers suggests at least $3,000 a month per ad platform, and Clutch lists a $5,000+ minimum project at $50 to $99 an hour.
Best for: SaaS and tech companies that want PPC and CRO from one team, with reporting tied to CRM pipeline stages.
Not ideal for: buyers who want SEO, content or organic social, which Aimers says it does not offer.
Our take: Aimers pairs a large PPC review base with cases that track leads past the form fill into SQLs and subscriptions. Because it leaves out SEO, our review of the best SEO agencies for SaaS companies covers the organic side.
3. Powered by Search: Best PPC and GEO Agency for Cybersecurity and PE-Backed SaaS
Powered by Search has worked with B2B software and technology clients since 2009. It is based in Toronto, and its remote consultants work across 8+ countries in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. It was founded by Dev Basu, and its homepage now positions it as a B2B paid ads and GEO agency.
Key services
- Google and Bing search, plus LinkedIn, Meta, X and Quora ads and ABM programs
- Landing page and creative testing, revenue forecasting and HubSpot RevOps
- A GEO and AEO program that tracks a fixed set of buyer prompts in ChatGPT and Perplexity
Case studies
Fortra engaged Powered by Search in 2021 for paid search on its GoAnywhere file transfer product. The Fortra case reports SQLs up 15% a year on average, 26% pipeline growth and three record SQL months in a row in 2023. For ThreatX, an API security SaaS, Google and LinkedIn ads drove a 1,200% rise in paid-sourced opportunities in 2022 over 2021. Facebook ads brought Titan GPS 300 MQLs from May to September 2020, mostly lead magnet downloads. The client built those landing pages in-house. We found no paid case with a 2024 to 2026 timeframe.
Awards and recognition
Its HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner tier is confirmed in HubSpot’s directory. Google Partner, Meta Business Partner and Bing Ads accreditation appear on its own site only, and we found no industry awards.
Client fit
- Type of business: B2B SaaS with a strong cybersecurity focus, plus PE-backed software, with logos such as SentinelOne, Varonis and Elastic.
- Stage and size: $1M to $100M ARR, with strong product-market fit and ad budgets of $10,000 to $500,000 a month.
- Regions and languages: North America, EMEA and APAC, in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- Pain points: slow, reactive agencies, complex sales cycles and unpredictable pipeline.
Clutch and reviews
Powered by Search has a Clutch profile with no reviews yet. PPC, SEO and digital strategy each take 30% of its focus, and GEO is not listed. The only directory rating we found is 5.0 from a single HubSpot review.
Pricing: It bills an agency fee only, with ad spend paid to the platforms. Paid ads clients commit at least $7,500 a month on marketing for a year, and GEO starts at $9,000 a month.
Best for: cybersecurity and PE-backed SaaS companies with long sales cycles that want paid ads and GEO from one team.
Not ideal for: startups before product-market fit, or buyers who want third-party reviews before they sign.
Our take: Powered by Search is one of two agencies here with a dedicated GEO service, a fit for brands planning ads and AI answers together. Its newest published paid results date from 2023, so compare it with our ranking of AI visibility and LLMO agencies for SaaS brands.
4. KlientBoost: Best PPC Agency for SaaS and B2B Teams That Want a Large, Heavily Reviewed Team
KlientBoost was founded in 2015 by Johnathan Dane. Clutch places its headquarters in Costa Mesa, California, while its homepage lists offices in Santa Monica, Raleigh and London. It is a generalist agency with a long list of SaaS clients and its own Kite software.
Key services
- Google Ads across Search, Display, Shopping and YouTube, plus Microsoft Advertising
- Paid social on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit
- An in-house landing page and CRO team, with Kite tracking goal and budget pacing
Case studies
For Autopilot, marketing automation software now called Ortto, KlientBoost ran Google, Facebook and AdRoll with landing page A/B tests. By the third month, the Autopilot case shows cost per conversion down 42% and CPC down 43%. The account also beat its conversion goal by 13% while staying on budget. That PDF is undated, and the Segment case beside it dates to 2016. We found no published KlientBoost SaaS case that started after 2020. Fresher proof sits in 2026 Clutch reviews, where Recurly reports that paid search became one of its highest-performing lead channels.
Awards and recognition
Glassdoor ranked KlientBoost first among small and medium US companies to work for in 2022. Its claim of being voted the top PPC agency on Clutch does not appear on Clutch itself.
Client fit
- Type of business: a generalist across software, finance, education and ecommerce, with SaaS clients such as Segment, Recurly, BetterCloud and G2.
- Stage and size: ad budgets from $5,000 to over $1M a month, with midmarket firms at 50% of its Clutch clients. No ARR minimum is published.
- Regions and languages: US and UK teams working in English across US time zones.
- Pain points: missed growth goals and weak agency accountability.
Clutch and reviews
KlientBoost has a 4.9 rating from 406 Clutch reviews, the largest base on this list. PPC is 60% of its focus and SEO 10%, and GEO shows up only as a tag on one review. Five reviews arrived in the last six months, the latest on October 21, 2026.
Pricing: No price list. KlientBoost quotes a monthly retainer, set as a flat fee or tied to ad spend, and avoids year-long lock-ins. Clutch lists a $1,000+ minimum project.
Best for: SaaS and B2B teams that want paid media and landing page testing from a large, heavily reviewed team.
Not ideal for: buyers who need recent, dated SaaS case studies, or a SaaS-only specialist.
Our take: KlientBoost has the deepest third-party review record here, and its 2026 SaaS reviews partly offset older case PDFs. Startups that want organic growth next to paid can compare the best SEO and GEO agencies for startups.
5. SevenAtoms: Best Boutique PPC Agency for Cybersecurity and B2B Software Vendors
SevenAtoms is a PPC agency in Dublin, California, founded in 2012 according to Clutch. Managing Partner Andy Beohar leads a small team that Clutch lists at 2 to 9 people. Its SaaS offer centers on PPC built to produce SQLs.
Key services
- Google Ads across Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Display
- LinkedIn ABM, Meta, and review-site ads on G2 and Capterra
- Custom landing pages with CRM tracking in HubSpot, Marketo or Pardot
Case studies
For Imperva’s Incapsula, SevenAtoms rebuilt search campaigns and added retargeting, LinkedIn, Quora and German and Spanish ads. Against the previous paid campaigns, customers won rose 1,012% and sales opportunities rose 585%, adding $2.9M in revenue. Quora produced MQLs at a 53% lower cost than Google and other channels. The case page is undated, but a matching Clutch review shows the work began in August 2014. The newest dated evidence is Fabric, a commerce platform whose January 2024 Clutch review reports a 50% lower cost per lead.
Awards and recognition
SevenAtoms reports Google Premier Partner and HubSpot Gold Partner status on its own site, with no year given. We found no industry awards, and its Clutch award section is empty.
Client fit
- Type of business: SaaS and B2B software, with deep cybersecurity work for brands such as Imperva and CyCognito, plus ecommerce and manufacturing.
- Stage and size: startups to global security brands, with midmarket firms at 50% of its Clutch clients. No ARR or ad spend minimum is published.
- Regions and languages: a US team with experience in German campaigns and in Spanish campaigns for Spain and Latin America.
- Pain points: low-quality leads, negative paid ROI and high cost per acquisition.
Clutch and reviews
SevenAtoms has a 5.0 rating from 3 Clutch reviews. PPC takes 45% of its focus and SEO 10%, while GEO is not listed. The latest review dates from January 2024, so the profile is stale.
Pricing: A setup fee in month one, then a low monthly fee plus a share of ad spend. A fixed fee is available when spend is steady, and contracts start at three months before going month to month.
Best for: cybersecurity and B2B software companies that want Google, LinkedIn and Capterra ads with custom landing pages.
Not ideal for: buyers who need fresh reviews or dated SaaS results from the last two years.
Our take: SevenAtoms brings a long record in cybersecurity lead generation, but its headline results come from an engagement that started in 2014. Security and other tech vendors can weigh the organic side in our list of the best SEO agencies for tech companies.
6. Getuplead: Best PPC Agency for Small and Midsize B2B SaaS That Want Flat, Published Pricing
Getuplead is a B2B SaaS PPC agency founded in 2017, with its headquarters in Barcelona, Spain, according to Clutch. Founder and CEO Kamel Ben Yacoub and co-founder Katia González both led marketing at SaaS companies before. The agency says it works with senior specialists only.
Key services
- Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta and X ads, plus paid ChatGPT ads
- Conversion tracking with HubSpot offline conversion import and click-level attribution
- Landing page mockups and optional ABM campaigns
Case studies
For VeriClock, a time tracking SaaS, Getuplead restructured Google Ads and reworked the landing pages. In month one, sales rose 63% and the average cost per conversion fell 54% on $7,600 in monthly spend. For Zinc, a background check platform, qualified demos rose 56% and the cost per qualified demo on Google fell from about $331 to $238. Getuplead reports 65% more pipeline value and a 42% lower CAC for Cyance, an intent data platform, within four months. An unnamed cybersecurity case repeats an MQL sentence word for word from an older SevenAtoms case, so we gave it no weight.
Awards and recognition
Clutch confirms its Premier Verified status. Google Partner, Microsoft Advertising and LinkedIn Marketing Partner badges are self-reported, and its site shows a 5.0 Clutch badge while Clutch shows 4.9.
Client fit
- Type of business: B2B SaaS and tech in cybersecurity, fintech, HR, logistics, manufacturing and AI tools, across 80+ SaaS clients.
- Stage and size: mostly small companies, at 80% of its Clutch clients. No ARR minimum is published, and LinkedIn plans have no ad spend minimum.
- Regions and languages: clients in North America, Europe and Australia, with service in English, French, Spanish and Cantonese.
- Pain points: low-quality leads, high CPA and conversion data with no CRM feedback loop.
Clutch and reviews
Getuplead has a 4.9 rating from 5 Clutch reviews. PPC and LinkedIn-led social advertising each take 50% of its focus, and SEO and GEO are not listed. Four reviews came in the last 12 months, the latest in April 2026.
Pricing: Published flat fees run from $1,600 a month for one channel and up to $6,000 in ad spend. The top plan costs $3,000 a month for Google and LinkedIn with up to $20,000 in spend. Its FAQ cites a lower floor of $1,200, and no contract is required.
Best for: small and midsize B2B SaaS teams with up to $20,000 a month in ad spend that want fixed, public pricing.
Not ideal for: enterprise programs that need a large dedicated team, or buyers who also need SEO or GEO.
Our take: Getuplead publishes the most detailed PPC price list here, and its cases tie spend to demos, pipeline and CAC. Its Zinc program targeted enterprise healthcare buyers on LinkedIn, and healthcare SaaS teams can compare organic partners in our list of healthcare SEO companies.
7. HawkSEM: Best PPC Agency for Midmarket and Enterprise SaaS That Also Want SEO and GEO
HawkSEM was founded in Los Angeles in 2006 as a paid search agency. CEO Sam Yadegar and President Rambod Yadegar lead a remote team that numbered 80+ people across three countries in 2024. It serves 250+ clients in 30+ industries and runs a dedicated SaaS PPC practice.
Key services
- Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta and Amazon ads, with landing pages and A/B tests
- ConversionIQ, its own tool that feeds CRM and full-funnel signals back to Google and Meta
- A GEO service that tracks ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Gemini and Perplexity, plus a ChatGPT Ads waitlist
Case studies
For Datadog, HawkSEM restructured the Google Ads search account and built campaigns around technologies and integrations. It also rebuilt a landing page and refreshed remarketing. Sales demos rose 75% and CPA fell 40%. The case lists no timeframe, and SEO was not part of it. For Zephyr, a test management suite, lead volume at least doubled while CPA fell from $300 to $50. For Epicor Grow, published in 2024, the qualified conversion rate doubled and cost per qualified conversion fell by a third.
Awards and recognition
HawkSEM shows a 2026 Google Premier Partner badge and reports Clutch Global awards from Spring 2025, both on its own site. Clutch confirms its Premier Verified status and certifications in PPC and SEO.
Client fit
- Type of business: a generalist across ecommerce, healthcare, finance and software, serving B2B and B2C SaaS such as Datadog, Zephyr and Peer Software.
- Stage and size: midmarket firms at 70% of its Clutch clients and enterprises at 20%. No ARR or ad spend minimum is published.
- Regions and languages: a mostly US-based remote team that also runs international campaigns. Languages are not published.
- Pain points: turning MQLs into SQLs, long SaaS sales cycles and high acquisition costs.
Clutch and reviews
HawkSEM has a 4.9 rating from 39 Clutch reviews. PPC is 50% of its focus and SEO 40%, and GEO takes 20% of the SEO share. All six reviews from the last 12 months arrived between July 31 and August 31, 2026.
Pricing: Google Ads management starts at $1,200 a month for local businesses, with full service at $3,450 and a $10,000+ tier. There are no setup fees, and GEO starts at $1,550 a month alongside an SEO package.
Best for: midmarket and enterprise SaaS that want PPC, SEO and GEO from one vendor with CRM-linked tracking.
Not ideal for: buyers who want a SaaS-only team or published SaaS results at the SQL or pipeline level.
Our take: HawkSEM brings 20 years of paid search and one of the widest service menus here, including GEO. Its Datadog work and midmarket roster put it close to our pick of the best enterprise SEO agencies.
How to Choose the Best B2B SaaS PPC Agency
Choosing among the best B2B SaaS PPC agencies starts with your stage, your ad budget and what your sales team counts as a qualified lead. These six checks came straight out of our research.
- Decide between a specialist and a generalist. Hey Digital works only with B2B SaaS, while Aimers, Powered by Search and Getuplead focus on SaaS and tech. KlientBoost and HawkSEM are generalists with SaaS practices, and SevenAtoms covers SaaS next to ecommerce and manufacturing.
- Ask for results past the click. Hey Digital’s Toggl case reports closed-won revenue for a dated period, and Powered by Search’s Fortra case reports SQLs and pipeline. Aimers, Getuplead and HawkSEM report SQL, demo or pipeline changes, though most of their case pages are undated. KlientBoost’s newest dated SaaS case started in 2020, and SevenAtoms’ headline case in 2014.
- Check the budget floor, not only the fee. On fees, Getuplead’s listed plans start at $1,600 a month, and HawkSEM’s full-service Google Ads tier costs $3,450. On ad spend, Aimers recommends at least $3,000 a month per platform and Hey Digital $10,000. Powered by Search asks for a $7,500 monthly marketing commitment for a year. Teams too early for paid budgets often start with startup SEO services instead.
- Look at review freshness. KlientBoost and HawkSEM added five and six Clutch reviews in the last six months. Hey Digital, Aimers and Getuplead added one or two. SevenAtoms has had nothing new since January 2024, and Powered by Search has no Clutch reviews.
- Test the CRM link. Ask how the agency imports offline conversions and which pipeline stage it optimizes toward. Aimers and Getuplead document HubSpot syncs, HawkSEM uses ConversionIQ, and Hey Digital starts with an attribution gap audit.
- Ask how they handle AI search. Google advises a foundation of AI Max for Search, AI Max for Shopping and Performance Max for its new AI ad formats. Only Powered by Search and HawkSEM list a dedicated GEO service. Getuplead lists ChatGPT ads management, and HawkSEM has a ChatGPT Ads waitlist. For AI answers outside paid placements, a SaaS GEO and AEO agency covers the organic gap.
Conclusion
The best SaaS PPC agencies in 2026 still win on paid search, LinkedIn and landing pages. What separates them now is proof that ads reach pipeline, fresh third-party reviews and readiness for ads inside AI search. Hey Digital and Aimers stand out for funded SaaS teams that measure ads on pipeline. Powered by Search and HawkSEM add GEO to paid media, Getuplead has the most detailed PPC price list, and KlientBoost leads on review volume. SevenAtoms remains an option for cybersecurity vendors that value a long track record.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does a SaaS PPC agency do?
A SaaS PPC agency plans, buys and optimizes paid search and paid social for software companies. The work covers Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn and Meta ads, plus review sites such as Capterra and G2. The best SaaS PPC agencies also connect ad platforms to the CRM, so bids follow SQLs, pipeline and revenue rather than form fills.
How much do the best SaaS PPC agencies charge?
In our October 2026 research, Clutch minimum projects for these agencies ranged from $1,000+ to $5,000+, and hourly rates ran from $50 to $300. Getuplead lists flat-fee plans of $1,600 to $3,000 a month, and HawkSEM’s Google Ads tiers start at $1,200. The others do not publish PPC fees. Hey Digital recommends $10,000+ a month in ad spend, Aimers $3,000 per platform, and Powered by Search a $7,500 monthly marketing commitment.
What is the best SaaS PPC agency for an early-stage startup?
For early-stage teams, Getuplead is one of the most accessible options. Its fees are public, 80% of its Clutch clients are small businesses, and its LinkedIn plans have no ad spend minimum. Aimers recommends at least $3,000 a month in ad spend per platform and offers a free audit to accounts spending $5,000 a month. Hey Digital and Powered by Search fit companies a stage later.
Do top SaaS PPC agencies offer GEO, AEO and LLMO?
Only two agencies on this list sell a dedicated GEO service. Powered by Search runs a GEO and AEO program that tracks buyer prompts in ChatGPT and Perplexity. HawkSEM offers GEO across ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews. KlientBoost’s newest Clutch review mentions GEO work, but the rest focus on paid media. A software SEO agency usually owns the organic and LLMO side.
How fast should SaaS PPC show results?
The fastest stated results in the cases we reviewed came within one to four months, while others were measured over six to 12 months. Getuplead reported VeriClock’s gains in month one, Aimers measured Cloudvisor after four weeks, and KlientBoost beat Autopilot’s goal by month three. Hey Digital’s Toggl comparison covered eight months, and Powered by Search’s Fortra work kept compounding from 2021 into 2023.
Which channels do the best PPC agencies for SaaS companies use?
Google Search is the core channel in most cases we checked. LinkedIn appears in about a third of them, mostly for ABM and demo programs, and Meta, Microsoft Ads and YouTube show up in several. Capterra and G2 ads reach buyers who are comparing tools. Google also advises a foundation of AI Max for Search and Performance Max for its new AI ad formats.
What is the best B2B SaaS PPC agency for pipeline reporting?
Hey Digital and Powered by Search publish some of the clearest dated pipeline-level SaaS results here, from closed-won revenue for Toggl to SQLs for Fortra. Getuplead and Aimers also report pipeline, SQL and opportunity changes, though most of their case pages are undated. Ask any agency to show the CRM report it will send you each month.
Should a SaaS company hire a PPC agency or build in-house?
Hire an agency when you need senior strategy, creative and multichannel buying before you can justify a full team. Build in-house once paid spend is large and steady enough to keep a specialist busy. The same logic applies to organic search, where a SaaS SEO agency can cover what a small in-house team cannot.
What should I ask a SaaS PPC agency before signing?
Ask for a SaaS case with a named client, dates, a baseline, the market and pipeline metrics. Ask who will run your account, which CRM stage they optimize toward and how they import offline conversions. Finally, check contract length, setup fees and whether the fee rises with ad spend.
