Trusted to drive MRR for:

Today, we’re an inbound marketing agency.

Yet five years ago, when Oleksii Andrusenko left his CEO role at Livepage and registered the GrowPad domain, the future was uncertain.

Our story, though, began almost a decade earlier, with one simple question:

“Where can I learn SEO?”

2008 – 2012

2008

“Hi! Where can I learn SEO?” was Oleksii’s first post in a marketing forum. Not a pitch. Not a strategy. Just curiosity and a need to figure things out. That question led him to a freelance mentor.

2010

He landed a job at a garage-based startup in Dnipro, working under an Austrian founder selling Forex trading systems. That’s where he got his first real taste of SEO & inbound marketing, as well as learned English on the fly.

SEO conference, Kyiv, 2012

During that period, Oleksii was learning the ropes with the best possible attitude, digging into every SEO detail, testing on real projects, and building the foundation that would shape his approach for years.

2013 – 2015

SEMCamp with Devaka, SEO expert, Kyiv, 2013

He took a lower-paying role at a Ukrainian SEO agency, Livepage. Why? Because he wanted more cases, more pressure, more patterns to study.

2014

The agency began attracting tech clients, including IT outsourcing teams, SaaS startups, and product companies. And Oleksii? He’d found his niche.

2015

At Livepage, Oleksii and the team participated in public speaking about SEO for tech firms. They provided their service to the industry-standard level.

2018 – 2020

Outsource People Conference, Kyiv, 2018

Outsource People, Ukraine’s largest IT conference, invited Oleksii to speak and lead tracks, where he later moderated the IT Marketing Branch.

IT Biz School, Dnipro, 2019

He also mentored mid-level managers at Dnipro IT Biz School, sharing practical inbound strategy with the next wave of B2B tech leaders.

Google HQ, Dublin, 2019

Oleksii earned recognition and visited Google HQ in Dublin (2019) with the team and partners.

2020 – 2025

Over the next 6 years, he progressed from junior to SEO team lead and then to CEO

And somewhere along the way, a pattern became impossible to ignore:

SEO wasn’t broken. It was misused.

GrowPad founded, 2020

Too focused on tactics. Not enough on business growth. No one was asking, “Will this actually drive leads?”

So he started GrowPad.

GrowPad recognition, 2025

What started solo became a team. 20+ monthly clients. 30+ five-star reviews. Industry recognition followed. But more than that? Long-term partnerships built on one belief: niche focus wins.

I spent years trading time for money, never thinking I was allowed to lead. GrowPad was my way of choosing focus, value, and the belief that one niche done right beats five done halfway.

Sees what others miss. Knows where growth is hiding. The internal ChatGPT – but human.

For us, he is:
The purple owl with a blue ball symbolizes the Oracle totem.
What lights me up:

Fix that actually gets implemented. When there’s a painful issue and I know exactly what to change, and then we see that growth. Nothing better than calling it, fixing it, and watching it rise.

My superpower:

I see the whole SEO picture and spot the bottlenecks others miss. And honestly? I’m like GrowPad’s internal ChatGPT. People come to me with all kinds of questions, and I always try to give a useful answer.

What my team says about me:

“He has no time to even reply, ‘Okay,’ because he’s already solving the next task.”

What keeps me going:

A little bonus time on a task, even if I already hit the deadline.

Recent win I’m proud of:

Kind words from clients and teammates. Hits every time.

Anna Malytska, the GrowPad SEO manager.

When I get non-obvious, messy tasks that let me dig in, research, and learn something new, and find an answer that wasn’t obvious at first.

My superpower:

The ability to figure things out, even if I’m doing it for the first time. An ‘intuition’ for solutions that give clients revenue growth.

What my team says about me:

“The heart of the team. Always supportive. Although she’s often under tight deadlines, we’ve rarely seen her not in a good mood.”

What keeps me going:

A day with no meetings and no review backlog.

A moment I loved:

Getting strong feedback from a client. It always matters.

What lights me up:

When a long-stuck page finally gets indexed or when a client sees their first growth curve and gets excited. I love crafting reports that show real, upward movement.

My superpower:

That’s up for debate. But back at my last job, they gave me a mug that said “True Detective.” I took it as a compliment.

What my team says about me:

“Inquisitive, detail-oriented, always ready to find solutions.”

What keeps me going:

When I see a page that was being rejected for weeks finally get indexed.

Recent win I’m proud of:

Positive feedback from clients and the team. When you get both – that’s the ultimate combo.

Apparently, I say yes to everything.

What my team says about me:

“I’m the sunny one: I joke around, often panic about deadlines, yet come Monday, everything’s magically done.”

What keeps me going:

Breakfast, lunch, dinner. That’s the framework.

Recent highlight:

Honestly, I’m not high-maintenance. I don’t need much. For example, that little notification ‘ding’ on my phone when my salary comes through – that’s pure happiness for me.

What lights me up:

Hiring someone great is a real rush for me. I love seeing new specialists thrive, hit results, and really become part of the team. One-to-one chats also inspire me; they’re a chance to support, encourage, and watch people grow.

My superpower:

Empathy. I genuinely feel for people. I can intuitively spot a strong specialist or someone who’ll simply be great to work with. That matters in hiring and in daily life here.

What my team says about me:

A walk outside, good coffee, an exciting chat with a candidate, or the feeling of closing a tough task quickly.

Recent win I’m proud of:

Recently hired two fantastic new people. It’s such a good feeling seeing the team welcome them and watching them find their place here.

GROWPAD VALUES10 qualities we believe in, and you can count on

We act as an extension of your team, challenge assumptions, and own outcomes from brief to backlog.

Every strategy starts with the right KPIs. We track results, course-correct early, and focus on what moves the pipeline.

Everyone on the team understands the product cycles, buying triggers, and industry nuances. That insight shapes every keyword, angle, and offer.

Only battle-tested strategies make the roadmap. If we haven’t used it ourselves or seen it work for our existing clients, we don’t recommend it (but are ready to give it a shot).

From strategy to reporting, everything is open. We’re transparent about what’s working, what’s not, and where we’re going next.

Your roadmap may change. Your niche may evolve. We help you re-prioritize based on current strengths and build for the next stage of growth.

Our interest doesn’t fade over time. Even past month seven, we stay alert to KPI changes, flag missed opportunities, and keep pushing progress.

We analyze what’s already working, surface quick wins, and set up tracking. Take ownership of key SEO and content tasks so your team can focus on execution.

We document every question, action plan, and result. Each project has its own documentation. Even if your team changes or you switch contractors, the project keeps moving forward.

Every month, we meet online to discuss best practices from around the world and implement them in our clients' projects. Not just talk about them - but be the first to actually do it for you.

SO, WHAT DO WE ACTUALLY DO?SEO alone isn’t enough anymore.
You know that. We know that.

That’s why, to help you stand out among thousands of SaaS and B2B IT companies with solid design, well-funded marketing teams, and a wall of case studies, we offer more than boosting your organic traffic:

Scale inbound leads you’re already getting

We test on ourselves first, then roll it out to active client projects. You only get strategies that work.
3. Cross-functional, dedicated
You get SEO specialists, content marketers, and LLMO experts - not a rotating list of contractors.
4. Quarterly plan reviews
We don’t set-and-forget. We review, adapt, and plan next steps.
5. Always leveling up
We test new ideas, learn from client wins (and misses), and keep evolving together.
6. Real humans, not robots
Yes, we care deeply about your growth. And yes, we also share memes in Slack.
