Compare the best cybersecurity SEO agencies of 2026 for security vendors: verified case studies, Clutch data, pricing, and GEO results.

Security buyers rarely convert on a blog post about phishing. They search for “MDR services”, compare SOC 2 compliance tools, and ask ChatGPT which penetration testing firms belong on a shortlist. The best cybersecurity SEO agencies are hired to win exactly those moments, in Google and in AI answers.

That second channel now matters as much as the first. G2’s Answer Economy research found that 51% of B2B software buyers start their research in an AI chatbot more often than in Google. If ChatGPT or Perplexity leaves your product out, many buyers never reach your site.

The pressure shows up in pipelines. In our own 2026 inbound marketing report, based on a survey of 110 SaaS and IT companies, 47% said their leads dropped in 2025 despite stable budgets.

That is why we built this list around buying-stage proof. We looked for agencies that rank security service pages, earn citations in AI answers, and report demos, MQLs, or revenue rather than traffic screenshots. We reviewed more than 20 agencies that sell SEO or GEO to cybersecurity vendors, and eight made the cut.

Top 3 at a Glance

Agency Best For Starting Price
GrowPad Security SaaS and B2B tech at 500K–20M ARR that need SEO and GEO tied to demos $3,000+/month
NUOPTIMA Security service providers that want revenue-attributed SEO Custom pricing, contact for quote
Siege Media Growth-stage and enterprise security brands that need content, digital PR, and GEO at scale Custom pricing (Clutch min. project $5,000+)

How We Built This List

We started with more than 20 agencies that market SEO or GEO services to cybersecurity vendors. The pool included security-only boutiques, SaaS SEO specialists with a security practice, and larger organic growth agencies. Each one was scored on six criteria:

  1. Cybersecurity case study with numbers. A named or clearly described security client, a specific result, and a direct link to the case page.
  2. Commercial outcomes. Demos, MQLs, conversions, or revenue weighed more than traffic alone.
  3. AI search capability. A documented GEO or AEO method, ideally with AI visibility or AI referral data in a case study.
  4. Clutch data. Rating, review count, the share of the profile allocated to SEO, and whether reviews arrived in the last 3–6 months.
  5. Client-fit transparency. Company stage, client size, regions, languages, and the pain points the agency says it solves.
  6. Awards and status signals. Industry awards, Clutch recognition, and press features.

We cut agencies with no public security case study, agencies that only reported rankings, and profiles we could not trace to a primary source. During our research, we also found that some figures repeated in older cybersecurity lists no longer match the agencies’ own case pages. Where that happened, we used the current number from the case page itself.

Here are the eight best cybersecurity SEO agencies that earned a place on our list:

  1. GrowPad
  2. NUOPTIMA
  3. Siege Media
  4. Amplifyed
  5. Sure Oak
  6. Big Leap
  7. Nine Peaks Media
  8. Productive Shop

1. GrowPad – Best for Cybersecurity SaaS That Need SEO, GEO, and Qualified Pipeline

GrowPad - Best for Cybersecurity SaaS

GrowPad is an inbound growth agency for SaaS and B2B tech companies, including security software vendors. It runs technical SEO, commercial content, link building, and GEO as one program aimed at MQLs, SQLs, and demos. Oleksii Andrusenko founded the agency in 2020 after more than a decade in SEO, including roles as Head of SEO and Acting CEO at Livepage. He still leads strategy and reviews every client plan.

Security buyers search by problem and by control: MDR services, SOC 2 automation, penetration testing, or alternatives to a known vendor. GrowPad maps those commercial journeys first. It then builds the category, solution, integration, comparison, and alternative pages that sit on them, and earns the third-party mentions that feed both rankings and AI citations.

When we reviewed GrowPad’s Clutch profile, the service split stood out. SEO takes 90% of the profile, and 60% of that SEO focus is Generative Engine Optimization. For a buyer who wants AI search as a core deliverable, that allocation is rare on this list.

Key services:

  • SEO audits covering crawlability, architecture, and gaps in commercial pages
  • Category, solution, integration, comparison, and alternative pages for security products
  • GEO and AEO across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews
  • Link building with domain-relevance, traffic, and editorial checks before any link goes live
  • Content strategy and production written for technical buyers
  • GA4 setup and reporting that connects organic sessions to leads

Case study: GrowPad has not yet published a named cybersecurity case study. The closest match is regulated fintech, where buyers are just as risk-averse and compliance-driven. For a global payment platform, GrowPad moved priority pages from positions 20–30 into the Top 5 and doubled MQLs in five months across APAC, MENA, LATAM, and Europe.

For AI search, a custom software company went from about 75 to 586 monthly brand mentions across LLMs. It also reached top 1–2 positions in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews for priority niches within three months.

Client-fit profile:

  • Type: Security SaaS, compliance and data-protection software, IT services, and other B2B tech with product-market fit
  • Stage/ARR: 500K–20M ARR
  • Regions and languages: English-language markets across the US and Europe; the team works in English, Ukrainian, and Spanish
  • Pain points: Service pages stuck on page two, blog traffic that never reaches the demo form, and absence from AI vendor shortlists

Awards: Clutch Top SEO Company for Software as a Service 2026; Clutch Top SEO Company for Information Technology 2026; Clutch Top SEO Company Spain 2026; Clutch Top Link Building Company Spain 2026; Clutch Global Fall 2025.

Clutch: 5.0/5 from 38 reviews. SEO takes 90% of service lines, and the latest review arrived in June 2026. Onix-Systems’ Head of Marketing reported that 100+ articles, 10+ landing pages, and 200+ content updates doubled SEO traffic and lifted MQLs 1.5x.

Pricing: $3,000+/month.

Best for: Security software companies between $500K and $20M ARR that want SEO and AI search visibility run as one program and reported in pipeline.

Not ideal for: Pre-product-market-fit startups, teams that need paid media in the same contract, or buyers who require a published security-vendor case study.

Our Take: GrowPad is our own agency, so read this placement as a statement of fit. The honest gap is the missing named security case study. What tipped it for us was the GEO-heavy service split, the published ARR range, and documented results for software companies such as CHI Software, where Domain Rating grew from 42 to 55. The same model is described on the B2B SEO services page.

2. NUOPTIMA – Best for Revenue-Accountable Cybersecurity SEO

NUOPTIMA - Best Cybersecurity SEO

London-based NUOPTIMA describes itself as an AI-native growth agency for MSPs and growth companies. It has been operating since 2019 and lists 25+ growth specialists and 70+ brands grown. Its cybersecurity work centers on service-specific landing pages reviewed by the client’s own security experts.

Key services:

  • Bottom-funnel service landing pages for security offerings
  • Expert-reviewed technical content with a multi-stage editing process
  • Link building and technical SEO
  • AI search visibility work
  • MSP local SEO and website design

Case study: Microminder Cyber Security serves governments and enterprises with penetration testing, cloud security, and 24/7 SOC services. The Microminder case study reports growth from 3 to 4,503 ranking keywords in 23 months. NUOPTIMA built 105 service landing pages, and the site now generates 20 quality leads a month with $1M+ in SEO-attributed revenue. A second security case, Eden Data, grew organic traffic 11.6x and leads 400%.

Client-fit profile:

  • Type: Cybersecurity service providers, vCISO consultancies, MSPs, and growth-stage tech companies
  • Stage/ARR: Not publicly disclosed; clients range from new domains to divisions of established groups
  • Regions and languages: UK, Europe, the US, and the Middle East; English
  • Pain points: New domains with no rankings, and SEO that cannot be tied to revenue

Awards: UK Search Awards 2022 winner and The Drum Awards for Search 2023 finalist, where the Microminder campaign was shortlisted.

Clutch: NUOPTIMA reports a 4.9 rating on Clutch across 13 reviews. We could not confirm the SEO share of its service lines or the date of its latest review.

Pricing: Custom pricing; contact for a quote.

Best for: Security service providers that want new service pages built and results reported in leads and revenue.

Not ideal for: Buyers who need to verify a large, recent review base before signing.

Our Take: The Microminder case was the most revenue-specific cybersecurity result we found during our research. It also documents the editorial process behind it, which matters in a niche where one technical mistake costs credibility. The Clutch profile is small, so ask for a reference call.

3. Siege Media – Best for Cybersecurity Content, Digital PR, and GEO at Scale

Siege Media - Best for Cybersecurity GEO

Austin-based Siege Media is an organic growth agency with offices in New York, Chicago, and San Francisco and 50+ in-house marketers. It runs a dedicated cybersecurity GEO practice covering content, digital PR, affiliate partnerships, and research reports. Founder Ross Hudgens wrote Generative Engine Optimization, a book published by Wiley.

Key services:

  • GEO and SEO content strategy
  • Technical cybersecurity content for topics such as SOC 2 and endpoint security
  • Digital PR through 7,500+ media relationships
  • Affiliate partnerships with security publishers cited by LLMs
  • Data journalism and research reports

Case study: Huntress, a managed security platform, needed faster link velocity and a consistent brand voice. The Huntress case study reports 3,500+ new links in 15 months and a 357% increase in monthly organic blog traffic. For compliance platform Secureframe, content on HIPAA and ISO 27001 lifted organic blog traffic 560% in six months.

Client-fit profile:

  • Type: Security software and compliance brands, including Huntress, Varonis, Drata, Vanta, and Secureframe
  • Stage/ARR: Growth-stage to enterprise; Clutch lists a 50/50 split between mid-market and $1B+ enterprises
  • Regions and languages: US-focused; English
  • Pain points: Low link velocity, thin topical authority, and weak presence in AI answers

Awards: No industry awards verified in our research; the founder’s Wiley book is its main status signal.

Clutch: Rated 4.9 across 47 reviews. The most common project size is 50,000–199,999. One reviewer asked for deeper interviews with internal experts on highly technical subjects.

Pricing: Custom pricing; Clutch lists a $5,000 minimum project.

Best for: Security brands with budget for content and PR at volume that want AI share of voice.

Not ideal for: Early-stage vendors with small budgets, or teams that mainly need conversion work on service pages.

Our Take: Siege Media has the strongest roster of recognizable security clients on this list. According to the agency, its average cybersecurity client stays for more than two years. Most published results are traffic and links rather than pipeline, so ask how they report demos.

4. Amplifyed – Best for Security Vendors That Want a Cybersecurity-Only Boutique

Amplifyed - Best for Security Vendors

Amplifyed is a US-based SEO and GEO agency founded by Scott Johnson, who has worked in SEO since 2010. It says it works only with cybersecurity companies: platforms, consultancies, MSSPs, VARs, and MSPs. Clients work directly with a senior strategist rather than a junior account manager.

Key services:

  • Cybersecurity SEO strategy and keyword research
  • Technical SEO and site migrations
  • AI search visibility
  • Content strategy and service-page optimization
  • Link building and conversion rate optimization

Case study: Castra, now part of Lumifi, sells managed detection and response and SIEM services. Before the engagement, it averaged about 350 organic users a month. The Castra case study and Amplifyed’s SEO ROI guide report a 64% organic traffic increase in eight months and page-one keywords rising from 10 to 49.

Client-fit profile:

  • Type: Cybersecurity vendors only, including Semperis, Cyware, OffSec, Netcraft, and VMRay, according to its DesignRush profile
  • Stage/ARR: 50% mid-market (10M–1B) and 40% small businesses under $10M, per Clutch
  • Regions and languages: US-focused; English
  • Pain points: Burned by past SEO vendors, few page-one keywords, and not enough inbound leads

Awards: None verified in our research. The agency runs The Cyber Funnel Podcast with security marketing leaders.

Clutch: 5.0/5 from 1 review. SEO takes 90% of service lines, and the only review dates from July 2026. That review comes from a dental directory, not a security client, and reports about 900 daily Google clicks and 11,000 ranking keywords after a $20,000 project. The profile is too small to judge consistency.

Pricing: Custom pricing, sold in 90-day sprints with no long-term contract. Clutch lists a $1,000 minimum project and $100–149/hour.

Best for: Security marketing teams that want a strategist who already speaks their acronyms.

Not ideal for: Buyers who need a large, independent review base or a big delivery team; Clutch lists 2–9 employees.

Our Take: No other agency here is as narrowly focused on security. That focus stood out during our analysis, alongside named clients like Cyware and OffSec. The Castra numbers are traffic-led, so ask for its VMRay work on quote and demo requests.

5. Sure Oak – Best for Security Firms That Want AI Search Tied to Conversions

SureOak - Best for Security Firms

Founded in 2017 in Brooklyn, New York, Sure Oak is an enterprise SEO and GEO agency with 35+ specialists. It works mainly with technology, finance, and business services brands. Its pitch is organic authority measured by share of voice, sentiment, and new revenue.

Key services:

  • AI search optimization (GEO and AEO)
  • Enterprise and technical SEO
  • Link building and digital PR
  • SEO strategy consulting
  • Integrated dashboards across Marketo, GA4, Search Console, and Semrush

Case study: A cybersecurity firm faced larger competitors, thin service pages, and a young backlink profile. Over a 3+ year partnership, the cybersecurity SEO/AIO case study reports a 137% year-over-year increase in conversions and 39% more organic traffic. AI referral traffic grew 1,118%. We noticed that older lists still quote a 92% conversion figure; the current case page shows 137%.

Client-fit profile:

  • Type: Security services, fintech, insurance, SaaS, and B2B services
  • Stage/ARR: 55% mid-market (10M–1B) and 40% enterprise, per Clutch
  • Regions and languages: US-based; the team works in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
  • Pain points: Low non-branded visibility, thin service pages, and limited in-house SEO capacity

Awards: None verified in our research.

Clutch: 4.9/5 from 40 reviews. SEO takes 70% of service lines, and GEO is 15% of that focus. The latest review arrived in June 2026. A cybersecurity reviewer reported 35.4% organic growth, while a 2025 law firm review criticized content quality and delays.

Pricing: Custom pricing; Clutch lists a $5,000 minimum project and $150–199/hour.

Best for: Mid-market and enterprise security firms that want AI referral traffic tracked next to conversions.

Not ideal for: Smaller vendors, given the hourly rate and enterprise focus.

Our Take: The AI referral data made this case stand out when we compared GEO claims across agencies. Few agencies publish AI traffic and conversions from the same security client. The negative review is isolated, but it is worth raising if you need them to write technical content.

6. Big Leap – Best for Established Security Brands Seeking AI SEO Growth

Big Leap - Best for Security Brands

Founded in 2008 in Lehi, Utah, Big Leap is a full-service digital marketing agency with 80+ employees. SEO accounts for 75% of its Clutch profile and paid search for the rest. It reports a 95% client retention rate.

Key services:

  • Technical SEO audits and schema
  • Content strategy and authoritative content creation
  • Link building and content promotion
  • Paid search management
  • Reputation management and CRO

Case study: Venafi pioneered machine identity protection and came to Big Leap in 2016 to grow qualified organic traffic. The Venafi case study reports a 3,158-position gain across focus keywords. Organic sessions grew 105% and lead flow 152% year over year. A second security project, the cybersecurity management case, built content around specific vulnerability codes.

Client-fit profile:

  • Type: Multi-industry, including B2B technology, financial services, and multi-location brands
  • Stage/ARR: 45% enterprise ($1B+) and 45% mid-market, per Clutch
  • Regions and languages: US-focused; English
  • Pain points: Established brands with strong offline reputations but weak organic lead flow

Awards: Inc. 5000 four years in a row, MWCN Utah100, AMA and SAMY marketing awards, and Best Company Culture recognition, according to its Clutch profile.

Clutch: 4.8/5 from 94 reviews, the largest review base on this list. The latest review is from February 2026. None of the recent reviews come from a security company, and a few clients mention occasional delays.

Pricing: Custom pricing; Clutch lists a $1,000 minimum project and $100–149/hour.

Best for: Established security brands that want a large, process-driven SEO team.

Not ideal for: Teams that need a security specialist or a documented GEO program.

Our Take: We weighted Big Leap’s scale and retention highly. The Venafi result is strong, but it dates from an engagement that began in 2016. Ask for recent security work and how they now measure AI search.

7. Nine Peaks Media – Best for Security SaaS That Measure SEO in MQLs

Nine Peaks Media - Best for Security SaaS

Toronto-based Nine Peaks Media is a B2B SaaS SEO agency for startups, software, IT, and cybersecurity companies. It says it has helped more than 60 SaaS companies reach Google’s first page and generate sign-ups, leads, and demos. Its SaaS SEO program starts with a one-on-one strategy session.

Key services:

  • Keyword analysis and mapping across the funnel
  • Technical SEO audits with prioritized fixes
  • Content optimization and new content on revenue topics
  • Link building
  • AI search optimization

Case study: A cybersecurity SaaS company came to Nine Peaks with declining traffic. According to the cybersecurity case study, the agency reversed the trend and doubled organic traffic within eight months. The final result was 167% more organic traffic and 111% more MQLs. A brand protection company saw MQLs rise 194%.

Client-fit profile:

  • Type: B2B SaaS, IT, and cybersecurity companies, including brand protection vendors
  • Stage/ARR: 45% mid-market (10M–1B) and 45% small businesses under $10M, per Clutch
  • Regions and languages: Canada, the US, and remote clients worldwide; English
  • Pain points: Declining organic traffic, unoptimized blogs, and no link-building program

Awards: None verified in our research.

Clutch: 5.0/5 from 22 reviews. SEO takes 90% of service lines, and GEO is 20% of that focus. The latest review dates from October 2025, so the profile is nearing the 12-month mark without new feedback. IT services firm Hybridge, which sells SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance solutions, reported 22% more organic traffic and an 18% lift in lead conversion rate.

Pricing: Custom monthly retainer. Clutch lists a $5,000 minimum project and $100–149/hour, with most projects at 10,000–49,999.

Best for: Security SaaS teams that report SEO in MQLs and want recovery from a traffic decline.

Not ideal for: Enterprise security vendors that need PR or paid media in the same program.

Our Take: Both security-adjacent cases report MQLs, not just traffic, which we valued. The Clutch profile is strong, with 22 five-star reviews and a 90% SEO focus. The pause in new reviews since October 2025 is worth asking about.

8. Productive Shop – Best for Thought-Leadership SEO That Drives Security Demos

Productive Shop - Best for cybersecurity SEO

Productive Shop is a B2B demand generation agency that uses SEO and content for technology and financial services companies. Its cybersecurity work treats thought leadership as a demand engine rather than an awareness play. It also trains in-house product marketing and content teams on SEO writing.

Key services:

  • Continuous technical SEO audits
  • Keyword clustering and competitive research
  • Thought-leadership content mapped to industry trends
  • Landing page enrichment and CTA optimization
  • SEO training for product marketing teams

Case study: A B2B cybersecurity company wanted organic content to feed enterprise sales conversations. The Productive Shop cybersecurity case study reports a 50% increase in demo requests and $7.6M in leads from demos. The agency’s demo request guide puts the deal opportunities at over $7M within 18 months.

Client-fit profile:

  • Type: B2B cybersecurity, fintech infrastructure, and SaaS companies
  • Stage/ARR: Growth-stage and enterprise B2B; exact range not disclosed
  • Regions and languages: US-focused; English
  • Pain points: Crowded categories where content does not reach demo forms or support sales cycles

Awards: None verified in our research.

Clutch: We could not verify a Clutch profile during our review.

Pricing: Custom pricing; contact for a quote.

Best for: Enterprise security vendors with product marketing teams that want SEO tied to demo requests.

Not ideal for: Teams that want a documented GEO or AI search program.

Our Take: The demo-request metric is one of the most buyer-relevant results in this list. The case does not name the client, and we found no current GEO case. Ask how they would track AI-sourced demos today.

How to Choose Between the Best GEO Agencies for Cybersecurity Companies

Start with your business model and budget, then match the agency’s proof to your buying motion.

If you sell security software at 500K–20M ARR: GrowPad fits that range by design and runs SEO and GEO as one program. Earlier-stage teams can compare its startup SEO services with Nine Peaks Media.

If you sell security services such as pentesting, MDR, or vCISO: NUOPTIMA and Amplifyed have the most service-page-specific security cases.

If you need authority and AI share of voice at scale: Siege Media and Sure Oak published the strongest link and AI referral data.

If you are an established brand with a large marketing team: Big Leap and Productive Shop fit enterprise processes and demand gen programs.

Before signing with any of the top cybersecurity GEO agencies, run three checks:

  1. Ask for a case study from your own segment, such as MDR, compliance automation, or identity security.
  2. Ask which AI prompts they will track, and how they report citations against named competitors.
  3. Ask who reviews technical accuracy, and whether your own engineers sign off before publication.

If you are also comparing generalist options, our list of the best SaaS SEO agencies in the US covers agencies without a security focus.

Conclusion

The best cybersecurity SEO agencies in 2026 share one habit: they win the searches and AI prompts that sit closest to a security purchase. NUOPTIMA showed the most revenue-specific security result, and Siege Media the strongest roster of security brands. Sure Oak published the clearest AI referral data among the top cybersecurity GEO agencies we reviewed.

GrowPad is the strongest fit for security software and B2B tech companies between $500K and $20M ARR. Its 5.0 Clutch rating across 38 reviews and its GEO-heavy service mix suit teams that want to appear in both Google and ChatGPT when buyers build a vendor shortlist.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should a cybersecurity company look for in an SEO agency?

The best SEO agencies for cybersecurity companies show a security case study with named results, not only traffic charts. Look for service-page and comparison-page work, a process for technical accuracy, and a documented GEO method. Check that reviews are recent and that most of the agency’s work is SEO.

How much does cybersecurity SEO cost?

GrowPad starts at $3,000 per month. Among the other agencies here, Clutch minimum project sizes range from $1,000 (Amplifyed and Big Leap) to $5,000 (Sure Oak, Siege Media, and Nine Peaks Media). Siege Media’s most common project size on Clutch is $50,000–$199,999, while NUOPTIMA and Productive Shop quote custom pricing.

How long does cybersecurity SEO take to show results?

Most security programs in this list show early movement within three to six months. Nine Peaks Media reports that traffic for a brand protection client began growing in three months, with a significant lead increase by month six. Amplifyed’s Castra case reported 64% traffic growth after eight months.

What is GEO, and do cybersecurity companies need it?

Generative Engine Optimization is the work of getting your product cited in AI answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. G2 found that 85% of B2B software buyers think more highly of a vendor that AI includes in its answer. The best cybersecurity GEO agencies track those citations next to conversions, as Sure Oak did when AI referral traffic grew 1,118% for a security client.

Should a security vendor hire a cybersecurity specialist or a SaaS SEO agency?

A security-only boutique such as Amplifyed shortens onboarding because it already knows the acronyms and buyer roles. A SaaS SEO agency can bring stronger AI search methods and commercial page playbooks from adjacent regulated niches. Judge both on security-relevant case studies, not the label on the services page.

How do agencies keep cybersecurity content technically accurate?

The stronger agencies add subject matter review before publishing. NUOPTIMA ran a multi-stage editing process with Microminder’s own security experts. Ask any agency who reviews claims about controls, frameworks, and threat data, and whether your engineers approve drafts.
